Renewals generally fail due to the card on file expiring or having a lack of funds. It will try again every day 10 times or so until it gives up.


To update or replace your card information, login to your account at https://www.bluecoffeebox.com/customer/account and click the "Edit" button under Credit Cards.


On the next page, click Edit and you will have the opportunity to enter a new card and save it.


If your existing card expired and your renewal failed, the system will automatically take payment as soon as a valid card is added. It will email you a receipt as confirmation.
