The Royal Mail are still having some regional issues and deliveries can be slow as parcels can visit many depots on the journey and each can be affected by staff absence that changes daily.
The normal post has no tracking so we will not know where it is once it leaves us.
We cannot guarantee any delivery times, or even guess at them. It's beyond our control and is incredibly frustrating and we are very very very sorry for the delays.
