If you login to your account and select edit subscription there is the option to skip your next renewal.

Where you see Your Subscription(s), click the "Edit" button. The next screen will have a "Skip next renewal".


If you need to pause for longer or until a specific date, email us on help@bluecoffeebox.com or open a ticket and we will be pleased to set that up for you. Account changes are never a problem.


Note that we cannot pause indefinitely. There has to be a next shipment date but that can be changed as often as you need.
