If you think it may be lost in the post, get in touch and we will sort it out.
The Royal Mail do not return undelivered packages as quickly as they could. Please wait at least 14 days after we've told you that it has been posted.
Sometimes our packages will not fit through older letterboxes or into mailboxes in flats so check at your local delivery office as your postal delivery person may not have left a "missed delivery" card.
Whatever happens, we will make sure you are drinking perfect coffee as soon as possible.
